Ecovillages are intentional communities with the goal of be more a city socially, economically and ecologically sustainable.

-A day in a eco-village (describe it)

Waking up early to go to school. Having a healthy breakfast. Walk to school. Everyone politely greet. Back home and on the way see the beautiful scenery.

-Would you like to live there for a week?

Yes I’d like, Because is a city where everyone is known and has a lot of integration with nature

Homemade Compost

2. What are we going to do?

Homemade compost

3. What do we need to make homemade compost?

Old garbage can, watering can, hammer, nail and two bricks

4. What we do first?
We have to make holes in the old garbage can

5. Why do we make holes in the garbage can?

Because the Organic material needs oxygen.

6. For what do we use the bricks?

To put the garbage can.

7. What kind of materials do we have to put into the garbage can?

Green materials (nitrogen rich) and brown materials (carbon rich)

8. What are the green materials?

The green materials are ruit peels, grass, tea bags and coffee grinds.

9. What are the brown materials?

The brown materials are cardboard, junk mail, newspaper and wood shavings.

10. What we do if the garbage is dry?

We have to water it.
